1. Delivery related: It is sent via registered post office or courier, and takes 3 to 4 days including the day of shipment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
*Delivery is not possible on Mondays, which are regular store holidays. On other weekdays, from Tuesday to Friday, it takes an average of 2-3 days from order to delivery.*
2. Refunds: This store sells both online and offline. Due to the nature of the product, the quantity is often limited, and if inventory is confirmed to be out of stock during the order tracking process after ordering, the order may be refunded, so please understand (refund may take 3 to 5 days from the date of decision).
