What is a skid steer mounting plate?
The skid steer attachment plate located on the back of an attachment, such as a bucket pallet, is where the boom arms of your skid steer hook up to the attachment. It is sometimes referred to as a quick attach. Most skid steers after 2002 come with a universal mounting or quick attach type system.

This is a weld-on or bolt blank plate that fits a universal skid steer mount.
Simply weld or bolt the quick attach plate to the implement you wish to convert.
