Dosage: the iodine content is identical in each batch and therefore easy to dose. Exactly 3 grams of Salicornia iodine powder corresponds to 1/3 of the recommended daily intake of iodine.
Kitchen: the powder can be used like herbal salt. It is suitable for soups, vegetables and salads, for example.
