Compatible with machines: our empty capsules are not only robust and plant-based, but also suitable for hand machines and fully automatic machines. You can also simply fill the capsules by hand, by simply pulling them apart and after filling them back together until they click.
Versatile: you can not only make 400 mg to 690 mg powder, granules or herbs into your capsules, but even fill liquids and oils. Up to 0.68ml to be exact. However, the capsule really needs to be consumed under 1 – 2 minutes, as they dissolve quickly. Powder capsules or empty capsules can be stored for years with proper storage.
Details: the capsules are size 0. When you have closed them again, they are 20 mm long and have a diameter of 7 mm. The empty capsules are colourless and taste like nothing. The material is made of pure hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) and is therefore vegan, as it is a vegetable raw material. Each capsule weighs 100 mg (0.1 g) and are beautifully durable, which prevents kinking.
In-house production in Bavaria: our empty capsules are bottled in our own production facility (Bavaria) – without artificial additives. We attach great importance to quality and transparency and therefore control every step of the filling itself. Our HACCP concept and our production as well as bottling, are checked and certified annually by TÜV Nord. Microflorana has been manufacturing natural dietary supplements with care since 1980.
