Short fermentation time required to achieve yogurt set (5-6 hrs); Set times somewhat longer in goat milk and unpasteurized cow milk
Contains: 1 tsp; Usage: 1/16 tsp per 1/2 gallon or less; 1/8 tsp or more required per gallon for larger amounts.
Minimal post-acidification (little tartness development after set and chill)
