Directions of use
Place Wristband of the strap around your bare wrist
Secure wristband ensuring the metal plate on the inside is firmly pressed against the underside of the arm. (Please ensure the Metal plate has as much contact with skin as possible)
Connect the strap to the wristband
Clip the alligator clip onto an anti-static mat or any grounded bare metal surface
