Directions Frying: 1. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy saucepan, skillet or preferably a deep fryer to 350 degrees F. 2. Combine 1 package (10 oz) of Andy’s Shrimp Tempura with 1-3/4 cup of water. Mix thoroughly until smooth. 3. Place peeled shrimp or seafood into batter a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. 4. Fry shrimp or seafood in oil for 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes, cook until golden brown. Fry fish for 3-5 minutes. 5. Remove from oil and drain. 6. Use caution when cooking with hot oil.
