Taken daily, it provides the Department of Healths recommended 400g of Folic Acid, alongside optimal levels of the other vitamins and minerals required at this important time.

Cautions: This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. A darker yellow colouration of the urine is normal. This is harmless and indicates the body is using the Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) effectively.
