*How to consume
Place the tan adhesive side on the outside, top, or bottom of the molars and/or adjacent gums, with the white side against your cheek.
Hold in place for 10 seconds.
Use two melts, one on each side of your mouth, while you sleep.
Use as needed during the day.
Can be used with braces, dentures, mouthguards, or CPAP machines.
