Description
As a white powder, it is a versatile cleaning additive and completely harmless, as well as insoluble in water and solvents. It is used as a pigment for colours, in cosmetics, as a cleaning agent and mainly in toothbrushes. The calcium carbonate (natural origin) is approved as a food additive E170.
